ProKal is a network-compatible calendar program, which can manage events, tasks and appointments. The calendars of multiple users are displayed clearly arranged next to each other, so that a central site can easily find the right time for an appointment and enter it very fast for different users.
The calendars of the users are arranged next to each other and the configured work-time for each user is shown in a special user-specified color. An example of the day-view of ProKal (you can click on all pictures here to get an enlarged view of the picture):

Also ProKal has a web-interface to view your calendar data using a normal internet-browser. But you can even access the data over the internet directly from ProKal, integrated in the normal user interface. An example for the web-interface using an internet browser:

ProKal is Shareware! If you only use one calendar, ProKal is even Freeware. This means if you only have one calendar, you can use all features of ProKal without paying anything (this even includes the internet access and the synchronization over emails).
In the non-registered version you can create further calendars, but appointments in these calendars are only shown for the current date and one day before and after it.
If you want to use multiple calendars you have to to buy a license. Each calendar (except the first one) has a price of 40 Euro (about 40 USD). For 200 Euro (equal to 5 calendars) you may use as many calendars as you want in the normal user-interface. For the web-interface or the synchronization over email you have to buy a license for each calendar after the fifth also. If you buy a license, you get a license key over email immediatly.
We also offer a rental of ProKal, in this case there is also extended support included. If you want to rent ProKal, please contact us.
For the licensing, we use the ShareIt! services, which provide a comfortable and safe (SSL) payment (e.g. with credit-card). As soon as we get your order from ShareIt!, we will send you the license-key over email. If you already exist in our database, you get an extended license-key for new calendars.
